PINK MOOSE design is an advertisement agency that specializes in user experience design (UXD).
Maaike Beenen-Miinalainen is running the business since the start in 2003:
I started out as a freelance graphic designer in 2003. After getting work experience while working with amongst others Jyväskylä University of applied Sciences and working as a freelancer for advertisement agency Statiivi Oy, I specialized in user experience design. I also changed from freelancing to company form. As a name, I choose “PINK MOOSE design”. I love nature, northern Finland and a bit of humor. A Pink Moose seemed to represent those values quite well and at the same time it shows that design can be aesthetically attractive and professional but bring a smile as well. I think enjoying the work what I do is an important part of being successful. I’m motivated to go that extra mile for a customer and think wíth them for good solutions, while taking their customers needs and wishes into the planning an execution of the design.
